Rashid Maqsood Hamidi is a career banker, having served for over 40 years with some of the largest international and regional banks.
He is widely traveled and has lived a major part of his career in the Middle East, Latin, and North America.
Rashid enjoys reading history and literature; is an avid art collector; loves cinema, music, and cricket. He has recently co-produced “1978”, a critically acclaimed short film that premiered at the prestigious Locarno Film Festival in 2020.
Rashid is married to Meena Alam; has three children and four grandchildren.
He is fluent in Spanish, English, and his native language Urdu.
